Thank you for visiting and shopping at aurapups! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your "pup mail" directly on our website [Optional: Insert Link to Track Order page].

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

aurapups is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

aurapups is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at help@aurapups.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
